I think that you said that I'm Your Witchdoctor was a Yardbirds song from the 60's. It was actually a 1965 Immediate single by John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers (reissued after Cream came to fame as by John Mayall & Eric Clapton - it was obviously the EC version of Bluesbreakers). There is a strong Yardbirds connection because it was produced by Jimmy Page.

Hi Graham. I said I thought I remembered it as a Yardbirds track but clearly my memory was a bit off. I have it on an album called 'Eric Clapton & Friends - Strictly The Blues' where it is credited to EC and John Mayall's Bluesbreakers. I've also got it on an album called 'Phenomenon' which gives no mention of the performers but I'm assuming it's the same cut. I stand corrected. Thanks, as always, for your input. Bob
